Foundational
Think of this as your Reformer 101—a class designed to help you get comfortable with the reformer, its springs, and the foundational Pilates movements that build everything else. You’ll move through classic exercises such as footwork, reclining arm circles, and other fundamental patterns that teach support, alignment, control, and flow.
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics while still getting a full-body, mindful workout that builds confidence and strength on the reformer.

Dynamic
reformerThis is a cardio-focused class designed for those looking for a faster pace. Expect more dynamic movements, including jump board work and higher-intensity, power-based sequences intended to elevate the heart rate.
***. PLEASE NOTE - Due to the nature of this class, it is not recommended for those currently recovering from an injury or undergoing rehabilitation.
Strength

Looking to build some strength and feel a little more power? This class is for you. We will be adding more resistance using different tools to help challenge your practice.
While this class can is listed "all levels" we strongly encourage you to have a 3 or more foundational classes and feel comfortable standing on the reformer.
Precision
reformerThis class focuses on control, precision, and mindful movement. Expect standing and balance work on the reformer, along with more technical cueing that requires a solid understanding of the machine in order to move safely and with confidence.
Taking one to two foundational reformer classes beforehand is strongly recommended so you don’t feel overwhelmed by new movement patterns or equipment concepts.
This will be a slower paced class focusing on lengthening the muscles with deeper stretches, increasing flexibility, and breath work. This is the perfect class to help unwind and find some active recovery.
This class is all levels friendly.

Barre
Founded on the technique of dance, mind body aspect of yoga, and core precision of Pilates. You will feel the lengthening and chiseling results fast using small, isolated holds with tiny movements. This paired with mental connection and focus to give a full body workout. Expect an extreme challenge yet be prepare to leave feeling stable and connected. Classic Barre is a great class if you are new to barre as well as a seasoned participant.
Our classes will range from pilates core work, lo weight resistance, plank holds, and low impact cardio. It really is the “Goldilocks” perfect full body workout that will not over exhaust or leave you feeling underwhelmed, but just right.

Barre Basics
This class is GREAT for beginners, a recovery day, or those who just aren’t sure what Barre is exactly.
Barre is a total body workout meant for most, however, this class does require SOME mobility to get on the floor. We do most planks on the barre standing and transition to the floor for core and glute work where we stay for the second half of class. If you are someone who needs help getting on the floor to sit or up from the floor, then please stay tuned because we will be adding accessible fitness classes in the future.

Mat Pilates
This is an all levels mat pilates class that focuses on classical pilates with contemporary movement. This class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements with the breath. Pilates is an exercise that works on the core and stabilizers muscle to create a body that can move with stamina, balance, and agility.
Expect a 50-60 min mindful class to leave you feeling taller and grounded. Our work is done on the floor.

HIIT Barre
This is a combination of HIIT and Barre movements that will get your heart pumping and muscles burning. If you don't like to jump, no problem low impact options will be offered!
*This class will be moving back and forth from the ground depending. All are welcome and modifications will be provided, but please take this into consideration.

Cardio Barre
Get ready for all the things you love about a traditional barre class — with a little extra spice. This high-energy format blends classic barre technique, strength training, and low-impact cardio bursts designed to elevate your heart rate while still focusing on control, alignment, and endurance. Expect upbeat music, dynamic movement, full-body burn, and that signature shake that leaves you feeling stronger, empowered, and accomplished.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to add more intensity, sweat, and stamina to their barre practice while still keeping the movements joint-friendly and accessible. Come ready to pulse, sweat, smile, and leave feeling energized from head to toe.

The Blend
This class truly lives up to its name — a dynamic mix of yoga, Pilates, and barre. Built on the structure of a barre class, you’ll move through core and leg routines with weights sparkled throughout for extra spice, blended seamlessly into strength and coordination work. Expect bursts of cardio, plenty of stretching, and a short guided meditation to calm after the chaos. It’s strength, balance, and release in one perfect blend.
