Michelle Crisp
Hey friend - I’m Michelle Crisp and I can’t wait to meet you!
I love challenging my body, setting goals and achieving them. I’ve attended different types of workout classes, run several 5Ks, 10Ks and a few half marathons. Then I found Hendersonville Barre and have had the fortune to strengthen my body in a new way and I enjoy the community here so much.
I’ve been married to my husband, Bryan, for 21 years and we have two children who keep us on our toes. I work in the banking industry, am fond of junk food, and love sunshine.
Come join me at barre so I can learn more about you!

Emily Russell
Hello Hendersonville! I am so thrilled to be joining the amazing community at Hendersonville Barre and Fitness. I’ve been a lover of fitness for most of my life but really fell in love with barre during the pandemic when I started an online barre program in my basement. I loved that Barre worked my body in ways I had never truly worked before and left me feeling strong, lengthened, toned…and on fire! Needless to say, I was hooked. I love the burn that barre brings and the challenge it creates for every single muscle in the body, and I hope to teach in a way that inspires individuals to embrace that challenge in every class. I am so excited to join such an inspiring group of individuals on this journey at Hendersonville Barre and Fitness.
I’m a native of Hendersonville and moved back here with my husband and our first daughter in 2017. We’ve since had 2 more daughters and are embracing the joy, love and sometimes craziness that 3 little girls bring. I love spending time with my family, going on runs and walks outdoors, trying new recipes, and cheering on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, Tenneessee Vols, and Buffalo Bills!

Amberly Jayde
Amberly’s fitness journey began with her love for science—first as a chemistry student at UNCW, then as a fitness instructor fascinated by the science of movement. She started teaching yoga and barre in 2013, merging her scientific background with her passion for movement.
Her next step was earning a massage therapy license, furthering her understanding of the body’s mechanics. A move to Austin, TX propelled her for a new love of equipment-based Pilates, which provided a stabilizing, centering practice especially valuable for her lifelong hypermobility.
In 2020, Amberly started comprehensive Pilates training with Balanced Body. Her own neurological challenges and family health experiences inspired her to specialize in Pilates for neurological conditions, trauma, EDS, POTS, and more. She also added certifications in proper breathing mechanics, NeuroPilates, Pilates for Neurological Conditions, and Duke Health Coaching.
Amberly and her family moved to Hendersonville in 2023. She is happy to share her Pilates expertise, guiding others to feel strong, balanced, and connected through movement
