What’s Barre?

Barre fitness is a blend of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training to make a challenging and effective low impact exercise class. The focus is on high reps with small range movements with the goal to tone the muscles while improving overall strength. Barre classes mainly uses your body weight and is done at a ballet barre. No dance experience required.

New Students

Arrive Early

We suggest your arrive 15 mins early so you can get a feel for the studio. We would love to make you first class stress free because we know the hardest part is walking through that door.

Please note for security and the respect for other students, doors will be locked 5 minutes after class has begun.

**WE DO NOT ALLOW WALK- INS. So please sign up for class ahead of time. Registration to class is cut off 1 hour before. no show or cancel an hour before class will not be refunded.

What to bring

Yourself, a sweat towel, and water!

Yoga mats, weights, and other accessories will be provided. Some prefer to to wear barre socks. We will have those for sale if you feel this something you need although it is not expected or necessary.
